Remove paragraphs from bullets and Co. in Word 2007, Word 2010, Word 2013 and Word 2016

To remove this formatting, press the key combination Shift + Tab stop. Another option is to press the "Undo" button - you can use this to remove several consecutive formatting. If you only want to undo the last step, the key combination Ctrl + Z is a quick option.

 

Bullets in Word

Each bullet has a certain preset in which the period, number or letter is arranged. If you want to change this, go to the Home tab -> Paragraph option -> click on the small box. The "Paragraph" window opens. You can use the Indents field to specify how far the point should be from the left edge of the page. With the special indentation it is possible to reduce or increase the distance between point and word.
