FAQ on the situation regarding the coronavirus

At DanCenter, we understand that you as a customer have many questions about your future vacation stay in relation to the Covid-19 situation. On this page we have collected the information that we believe is relevant to you in connection with your vacation stay.

New travel restrictions from the Danish government

Guests from Schleswig-Holstein can continue to spend their vacation in Denmark if a negative Covid-19 test that is not older than 24 hours can be presented. The test must be clearly negative and your name, the test time and the issuer of the certificate must be clearly recognizable. Both PCR and antigen tests are accepted. In addition, an identification card confirming your place of residence in Schleswig-Holstein must be presented.

Falck opens a corona test center in Scandinavian Park, where you can book an appointment for a corona antigen test and get an answer after 15 minutes. The price is 299 DKK (approx. € 40). You can find more information and booking options at www.falck.dk/de.

Your booking with us is not affected by the ban on gatherings, as our holiday homes are considered private accommodation. This means that the guests can choose how many people gather in the booked house. The normal cancellation conditions therefore apply (see Rental Conditions (GTC)).

If you arrive within the opening hours of the local office, the key to the holiday home will be given to you in person. At the local office, you can find both hand sanitizer and distance markings on the floor.

If you arrive outside of the opening hours of the local office, the key will be in an envelope in a key box outside.

If you have any questions, our local office staff will be happy to help. The phone number is on the front door and on your rental ID.

Our holiday homes are thoroughly cleaned when guests leave the house. At DanCenter we follow all guidelines that the authorities prescribe for cleaning.

If you become infected with Covid-19 before your arrival, we refer to your travel insurance, e.g. Gouda Rejseforsikring, (see rental conditions) if you have decided to take out insurance. Travel insurance covers cancellation costs in the event of illness.

If you get infected during your vacation, please contact a doctor on the emergency number. It is explained to you step by step how you should behave. Please also notify our local office by phone or email.
