What is visual movement in the definition of art

Summary

Body awareness or body awareness refers to the assessment of one's own body, its possibilities for movement and perception with all of the senses, e.g. B. Speed, light-footedness and coordination in a sequence of movements or dexterity. But it also includes visual and acoustic services, such as recognizing something at a glance, listening, touching it, smelling it, and a sense of balance. The body awareness of the individual is dependent on mental and communicative processes and on emotional and social development, as the ability to purposefully and appropriately act develops through experiences with one's own body through information and feedback from the environment. This means that all parts of the body and all movement sequences are stored in the brain - the more movement offers there are, the more variants can be saved and then called up when movements are planned.
