Hack for meatballs - how much?

Hello Lexi,

I'm going to tell you my ultimate secret recipe for really good meatballs (fried in the pan):

1 kg of ground beef
1 packet of Provence herbs, frozen
1 large onion
2 spring onions
2 -3 slices of toast bread (debarked)
1 cup of milk
1 egg
Salt, pepper, chili powder from the spice mill
granular broth.

First I fry the onions in cubes and the spring onions cut into fine rings with the packet of Provence herbs and good olive oil in the pan until translucent. I then add the mixture to the minced meat. Then I heat the cup of milk in the microwave and pour it over the slices of toast while boiling (this makes the meatballs soft). When the toast slices are well saturated, I squeeze out the excess milk and also add this mixture to the ground beef. Then add the egg and the remaining spices and mix everything well (logical, you know yourself).

Maybe you would like to try the recipe out. But i am warning you If you do it like this, your calculation will work out how much hack nnnnniiiiieeee for how many people. Because no matter how many you do, there is never one left with me.
