We only use the very best, fresh ingredients. For rich colors and a full aroma, we use natural fruit pulp from berries. Our premium ice cream specialties are free from preservatives and free from added and hydrogenated fats and oils.

With us you get real vanilla ice cream, because you will find vanilla extract and natural vanilla flavor in our ingredients. This cannot be taken for granted, because in stores there is often only "vanilla-flavored ice cream". This contains artificial flavorings.
Unfortunately, no distinction is made between artificial and natural flavorings in the labeling. The black dots on the vanilla ice cream are usually not from the vanilla pulp, but from ground, inferior vanilla pods. In addition, there are usually additives such as emulsifiers, thickeners and colorings in the ice cream.
Fruit ice cream with a lot of fruit
Fruit ice cream tastes great for young and old. We especially love it in summer when the temperatures climb and we take a dip in the water. Fruit ice cream tastes best when there is a lot of fruit in it. At least 20% fruit must contain fruit ice, otherwise it can only be called "fruit-flavored ice cream". Of course, we don't put that in the refrigerator compartment. With our fruit ice cream there is so much fruit in the ice cream that you are not only refreshed, but also get your money's worth in terms of taste.
Sorbet is an ice-cold drink or half-frozen ice cream made from at least 25% fruit, or 15% in the case of sour fruit, mixed with water and sugar. There are also sorbets that contain champagne or wine instead of fruit juice. The lemon sorbet is classic, however. Sour sorbets are often served as an intermediate course in a multi-course meal as they stimulate digestion and reduce the feeling of satiety. As a semi-frozen food, they are a refreshing dessert.
